2-port RS-422/485 to Ethernet serial device server, 2 kV isolation, Real COM/TCP/UDP modes, 12 to 48 VDC power input
This serial device server makes 2 RS-422/485 serial devices network-ready in an instant, giving PC software direct access to the serial devices from anywhere on the network.
Versatile Operation Modes
Real COM and TTY drivers for Windows and Linux let existing COM-port software work over the network, while TCP Server, TCP Client and UDP modes support socket-based applications. Configuration is via web browser, Telnet, serial console or Windows utility.
2 kV Isolation
2 kV isolation protection on the serial ports guards against ground loops and voltage spikes in electrically noisy industrial environments.
