UI Care is Ubiquiti’s official extended warranty and advanced replacement service. While the standard Ubiquiti hardware warranty covers one year, UI Care extends device replacement protection to five years, giving you long-term peace of mind for your network infrastructure investment.

In the event of a hardware failure, UI Care provides an expedited RMA process — Ubiquiti ships the replacement unit before receiving the faulty device back, minimizing network downtime. A prepaid return shipping label is included, so returning the defective hardware comes at no additional cost.

UI Care also ensures continued access to firmware and security updates throughout the coverage period, contributing to the long-term stability and security of your deployment.

Please note: UI Care must be activated at the time of the corresponding product purchase and cannot be added retroactively. After activation, coverage is valid for five years, plus a 60-day grace period.
